Refund and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For defective products, please include photo proof of the product or its damaged area when requesting a refund or exchange via email.

Shipping returns

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, We’ll guide you on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • For defective products: We’ll send you a return shipping label. You won’t be charged for any shipping fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
